Enrolment is done through the online enrolment system. Check the calendar posted on this page.
Admitted applicants will receive an email in which they will be informed of the necessary data to be able to register as new users in the applications of the University of Lleida, as well as the instructions to be able to reserve a place, if applicable.
In master's degrees where it is necessary to make the payment of €400 to reserve the place (advance of the registration fee), to access the registration it will be necessary to have previously made this payment.
If the number of students enrolled in the master's degree does not reach the minimum number of people established in current regulations, the master's degree cannot be taught, the enrolments made will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded.

ACCESS CREDENTIALS AND SUPPORT
- If you have already completed studies or are studying at the UdL and have accessed the UdL Virtual Campus, you may use the same credentials. If you do not remember them, you can recover them at https://gcu.udl.cat/.
- If you have never studied at the UdL or are having problems with your credentials, you can use the following ones (valid only for Master's registration):
- USERNAME (or Usuari or Nombre de usuario/a): the one indicated in the admission email
- PASSWORD (or Contranenya): you need to create at https://gcu.udl.cat/restablircredencial. Enter the username indicated in the Username field and click the button "Send link to reset password". Yoy will receive, at the same email address where you received the admission email, a link to the website where you will be able to set your password.
Access to UdL online services
If you are starting your studies at the UdL, in order to access the University’s online services (Virtual Campus, email, etc.), from the day after your enrolment has been validated you must activate your permanent account at https://gcu.udl.cat/activacio/alumnes.
If you are a continuing student, you must have a University of Lleida email account. If it is not activated, you can do so by following the instructions at the following link: Virtual Campus Help.
The institutional email address (@alumnes.udl.cat) must be used to communicate with the University (teaching staff, administration, others), as it identifies you as a student.

- If you DO NOT have credentials, please contact: sic.suport@udl.cat.
ENROLMENT DOCUMENTATION
Taking into account that all students have already submitted part of the documentation within the pre-registration period, it will also be necessary to submit:
- Documentation accrediting entitlement to registration fee exemptions or discounts
If you are applying for an exemption, discount or waiver of fees, you must submit the documentation accrediting your entitlement by the registration deadline. Check out the Exemptions and discounts document.
- Vaccination status (for Health Sciences degrees)
Internship centers can establish specific mandatory vaccination requirements for students of Health Sciences degrees.
- Health care insurance
If you are a foreign student aged 28 and over, you must also submit a copy of health and accident insurance that is valid in Spain. You do not have to submit this document if the master’s degree is online or does not require you to attend the centre.
- SEPA direct debit mandate (submit once enrolment has been made)
When you enter or change an account number during the self-registration process, a document relating to the SEPA direct debit mandate will appear when completing the process. If you cannot download it, contact the secretariat of your centre.
Once signed by the bank account holder, you must submit the SEPA direct debit mandate to the secretariat within a period of 10 days from the time of registration.
Continuing students do not need to submit any documentation unless they need to provide evidence of a situation different from that of the previous academic year (for example, entitlement to a new tuition fee discount, a request for part‑time study status, passport expiry, or other circumstances).
SELF-ENROLMENT WEBSITE
As a general rule, enrolment is carried out through the self‑enrolment system and is completed by accessing the following website: http://automatricula.udl.cat
You can enrol by specifying the username and password.
You must access from the time indicated for your appointment, if your enrolment period is not yet valid it will be indicated when you try to access.
If you cannot self-register for any reason, you may register in person by making an appointment with the secretariat of your centre: Faculties, schools and affiliated schools.
