When the centre's secretary's office receives the application, verifies the payment of the fee and receives the documentation, the pre-enrolment will be considered effective and will be studied.

RESOLUTION

The Master's Degree Studies Committee will assess the documents and publish a decision on the admission of applicants on the master's degree website and also on the notice board of the online Office. In the pre-enrolment calendar you can check the date of publication.

The resolution will state the status of admission of the applicants:

  • Admitted
  • Conditionally admitted: If documentation is missing, it must be submitted before the start of enrolment, otherwise another pre-enrolment must be made to access subsequent periods. If you are pending the completion of the degree, enrolment must be made if at the end of all the pre-enrolment periods there are vacant places and once all the graduate students have enrolled.
  • Not allowed: The reasons for this will be indicated
  • On the waiting list: enrolment will be made whenever there are vacant places and in the order of admission indicated in the resolution.

In case of disagreement with the resolution, interested parties may file an appeal with the rector of the University of Lleida.

5% of master’s degree places will be reserved for students who meet all the general and specific access requirements and who have a recognised  degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.

 

COMMUNICATION

Admitted candidates will receive an email informing them of the necessary data to be able to register as new users in the University of Lleida applications and how to access online enrolment. 

 

ADVANCE OF THE REGISTRATION FEE

In the resolution of the master's degree published and in the email communicating the admission, it will be indicated whether the admitted students must make a payment of 400 euros on account of the enrolment fee in order for the place to be reserved.

In the case of conditionally admitted students, the reservation of a place will be subject to the fact that there are vacant places.

Payment must be made within 5 days from the date of publication of the resolution on the UdL website/electronic office by accessing "Bill Management" (GESTIÓ DE REBUTS) and making the payment by card.

This payment will be essential for the pre-enrolment to be effective and to be able to enrol later.

If this payment is not made, the University will reject the pre-enrolment and assign the place to another applicant.

This amount will be deducted from the final amount of the enrolment, it is non-refundable in the event that enrolment is not formalised and cannot be transferred to another academic year.

The amount paid on account of the enrolment fee will only be refunded when:

  • It is a cause attributable to the University.
  • Conditionally admitted students who meet requirements and cannot enrol because there are no vacancies
  • Accidents or serious illness duly accredited
  • Impossibility of obtaining a visa in the case of foreign students.

It will not be necessary to make the payment on account of the enrolment fee when you are a beneficiary:

  • Special large family
  • Students with a degree of disability of 33% or higher
  • Students victims of terrorist acts
  • Students who are victims of gender-based violence in the intimate partner
  • Students who are victims of gender-based violence outside the intimate partner
  • Students with a minimum living income benefit
