Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the IROICA Network and Freiburg University it is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 11th  IROICA Conference in Freiburg University, Germany, from 29 August to Saturday 1 September. The IROICA Conference is organised jointly with the ICA, the Association for European Life Science Universities. The Week of Conferences brings together several of ICA's Standing Committees for their annual meetings. There will also be the inaugural ICA meeting for the Academic Leaders of European Life Science Universities. The week will be brought to a conclusion with the ICA Conference which will address Enhancing the attractiveness of European life science universities for international Master students .

The 11th European Conference for International Relations Officers will focus on The new scenary of EU Programmes for Cooperation .
