Online application. All students selected to study at the UdL under an exchange programme must complete and submit this ONLINE APPLICATION. Failure to do so may result in the UdL being unable to guarantee admission.
Welcoming-integration weeks
Two weeks before the start of each semester, the International Relations Office and the Institute of Languages organise a programme of welcome and integration activities for incoming students. The programme is updated shortly before the beginning of each semester and is available on this website.
Students wishing to take the Catalan language course must enrol by following the instructions that will be sent to them by email.
There is no need to register for any of the other welcome and integration activities, as attendance is free and open to all students.
Although participation is not compulsory, it is highly recommended.
During and at the end your stay
During your stay
Once in Lleida
Exchange students are strongly advised to arrive in Lleida two weeks before the start of classes. This will give them enough time to arrange their accommodation and participate in the orientation and welcome activities organised by the UdL's International Relations Office and the Institute of Languages.
Once in Lleida, students should visit the International Relations Office during office hours (students will be informed about them by email).
Before completing their registration, students should meet with their academic coordinator, who will advise them on course selection and other important academic matters. Students must complete their registration form together with their coordinator, who must approve it.
Students must register at the Secretariat of their faculty or school by submitting a registration form indicating the courses and credits they wish to take at the UdL. They must also provide a photocopy of their identity card or passport. Erasmus students are not required to pay tuition fees at the UdL, as these are paid at their home institution. However, they must pay the corresponding university insurance fee.
Library services: Exchange students have access to all UdL libraries and may borrow books and other materials.
Computer facilities: Exchange students may also access the University's computer labs using their UdL student ID card.
Extension of stay: Students wishing to extend their stay must contact the International Relations Office well in advance of the end of their exchange period.
Any questions regarding academic matters should be addressed to the academic coordinator of the relevant faculty or school.
At the end of your stay
End of the stay in Lleida.
Before going back to their homes the students will have to come to the International Relations Office to check final exchange documentation.
